About the Event
As announced during our July monthly meeting, there will be an AMVETS picnic hosted by Commander Dwayne on Saturday, July 27 starting at 11 A.M. (1100 for those that know!)
This will be a potluck-style family picnic, so we highly encourage all attendees to bring a covered dish of your choice. We will have hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips provided by the post. Also, bring along your favorite beverages such as tea, soft drinks, etc.
There will NOT be card games after the picnic.
Veterans interested in joining Post 44, stop by to break bread! We will have plenty of staff and members to give you details on membership and community involvement.
NOTE: parking will be on the large driveway area at the entrance to the big grey garage next tot he house. If you have trouble locating Commander Dwayne's house, try his cell at (931) 252-9703 or the post phone at (931) 316-0179.
